AI Trainer
The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive training program to colleagues of an international media and entertainment organisation across the UK. The training aims to enhance participants' understanding of and confidence in AI technologies, focusing on their impact, opportunities, and risks.
Training Delivery
- Deliver high-quality, high-energy, engaging webinars, workshops, or roundtables on AI technologies and implementation on Microsoft Teams and in person
- Drive excitement and adoption of new skills across different audiences and contribute to culture and social frameworks of UpSkill and client organisations.
- Adapt training materials to different learning environments and audiences, whether in-person or remote sessions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders to understand their specific learning needs and challenges.
- Provide tailored advice and guidance to online and in-person participants, helping them apply the concepts learned to their specific contexts.
Assessment and Feedback
- Assess the effectiveness of your training sessions through ensuring participant feedback completion (via our satisfaction surveys), assessments, and engagement metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to aid their understanding and application of AI technologies.

Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in AI, particularly within the media industry and for Microsoft products.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs by incorporating new insights, technologies, and best practices.
- Feed back to the Product Team on learner feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
Essential qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as an AI Trainer or similar role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating training sessions, specifically in technical subjects such as AI, cloud technologies, or related fields, with a proven ability to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools.
- Ability to travel for training sessions and conferences if required.
- Advanced skills in using digital platforms and interactive tools for remote training, such as Microsoft Teams.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Desired qualifications and experience
- Professional certification in Microsoft (e.g. Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), AI Business Professional, Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate).
- Certification or formal training in AI ethics, data privacy, or relevant policy frameworks.
- Coaching and facilitation certifications.
