Role Description
We are looking for a talented AI Voice Trainer / Voice Over Artist to join our remote, contract-based team. This role involves producing high-quality voice recordings and vocal performances that will be used to train, evaluate, and improve AI voice and speech models, including voice cloning and synthetic voice technologies.
The ideal candidate has a clear, expressive voice, excellent pronunciation and diction, and an interest in AI-driven voice technology. You will work with structured scripts and recording guidelines to create consistent, natural-sounding speech samples across different tones, emotions, speaking styles, and scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality voice samples for AI speech and voice cloning projects.
- Follow provided scripts, pronunciation guidelines, pacing, tone, and emotional direction.
- Produce consistent voice recordings suitable for AI model training and voice synthesis.
- Provide different vocal styles, emotions, expressions, and conversational tones when required.
- Support the development, testing, and evaluation of AI-generated voices.
- Participate in voice cloning and voice-data collection projects while following all required consent and usage guidelines.
- Review recordings for clarity, pronunciation, background noise, pacing, and consistency.
- Make corrections or re-record samples when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of project materials, scripts, voice data, and other proprietary information.
- Meet recording schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines while working independently.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in voice-over, narration, podcasting, acting, dubbing, broadcasting, or vocal performance.
- Clear, natural, and expressive speaking voice with excellent diction, pronunciation, pacing, and vocal control.
- Strong English speaking skills; knowledge of additional languages or accents is a plus.
- Understanding or previous experience with AI voice technology, voice cloning, speech synthesis, or AI training data is highly desirable.
- Comfortable performing different emotions, tones, personalities, and speaking styles.
- Access to a quiet, controlled recording environment with a good-quality microphone.
- Familiarity with recording software and basic audio editing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently reproduce the required voice characteristics.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to follow detailed recording instructions and meet strict quality requirements.

Preferred Experience
- Previous work on AI voice, voice cloning, text-to-speech (TTS), speech recognition, or machine-learning projects.
- Experience preparing or recording datasets for AI/ML training.
- Familiarity with tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar audio-recording software.
- Experience with multiple accents, languages, character voices, or emotional voice performance.
- Studio recording or professional audio-production experience.
