Role Description
The AI Training Associate (Outlier) — Remote, Flexible, UK will support the development and improvement of AI models by reviewing, analyzing, and labeling data, as well as evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance. In this full-time remote role, the associate will follow detailed guidelines to identify edge cases and outlier scenarios, document findings, and provide structured feedback that helps refine AI behavior. Day-to-day tasks include participating in training workflows, creating and updating reference materials, collaborating with technical and non-technical team members, and contributing to continuous process improvement. The role involves working with digital tools and platforms, maintaining high standards of data quality, and managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines. The position is based remotely within the UK, offering flexible working arrangements while requiring reliable availability for team coordination and project milestones.

WrapiD Solutions is recruiting people to work on Outlier, whether you're brand new to the platform or you've used it before and keep getting rejected on submissions.
What you'll do:
- Complete AI training tasks on Outlier, writing, review, or evaluation work depending on your profile and platform access.
- New candidates get full onboarding and account setup.
- Existing users get direct coaching to fix whatever's been causing failed reviews, so the time you put in actually pays off.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Training & Development experience, including facilitating learning processes and supporting AI training workflows.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Presentation Skills for explaining findings and documenting guidelines.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess AI outputs, identify patterns and outliers, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms for data annotation and tracking.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in following instructions, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Experience or interest in AI, data annotation, or software/automation environments is beneficial.
- Relevant education or practical experience in a technical, analytical, or training-focused field is an advantage.
UK based, laptop and reliable internet, a few hours a week to commit. No experience required, we'll teach you the process.
