What You'll Do

Technical AI Implementation & Use Case Building

  • Deploy AI solutions for business workflows: Conduct technical discovery through interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Develop use cases, contribute to the Use Case Repository and translate use cases into practice sessions: Convert validated workflows into hands-on, scenario-based exercises with realistic datasets, prompt sequences, and quantifiable outcomes.

Consultative Stakeholder Engagement

  • Drive AI adoption with business and end-users: Partner with internal stakeholders across functions to understand objectives, constraints, and success criteria by conducting needs analysis and hand-on experimental workshops.
  • Evangelize a culture of innovation and experimentation: Build organizational understanding of what AI can and cannot do, establishing realistic expectations while inspiring innovation and experimentation.

What You Bring

  • AI/ML fundamentals: Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, generative AI capabilities, limitations, and use case suitability.
  • Technical problem-solving: Ability to decompose business problems, identify where AI adds value, and architect solutions that integrate with existing workflows.
  • Data literacy: Understanding of data requirements, privacy considerations, and how data quality impacts AI performance.
  • Business process analysis: Experience mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved processes powered by technology.
  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse groups.
  • Clear communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business value to technical teams.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of working experience in IT.
  • Strong consulting and project management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level.
  • Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions, levels, and functions.
  • A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player.

What Makes You Standout

  • Knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Experience of using Chat GPT and Claude Cowork.
