About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise AI Productivity Specialist to help organizations improve productivity through AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation. In this remote contract role, you will design enterprise AI solutions, optimize business processes, and contribute domain expertise to support the development of next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize AI-powered enterprise workflows.
- Build workflow automations using leading AI platforms and enterprise tools.
- Develop cross-platform AI solutions and system integrations.
- Support AI adoption, enablement, and change management initiatives.
- Improve business processes through data-driven analysis and automation.
- Create executive-ready documentation, reports, and implementation guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise productivity, workflow automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in AI workflow design, business process optimization, and enterprise automation.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving AI adoption and organizational change initiatives.
