AI Transformation Consultant
Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to help identify, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions across the business. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Technology to uncover opportunities where AI can improve productivity, automate manual processes, and enhance decision-making.
Acting as the bridge between business teams and technical delivery, the successful candidate will translate operational challenges into practical AI use cases, managing projects from concept through to implementation while ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Technology to identify and prioritise AI use cases that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
- Work closely with business users to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Lead AI initiatives from discovery through implementation, managing project timelines, stakeholder engagement, testing, and rollout.
- Support solution design, user acceptance testing, training, and change management to drive successful adoption of new AI capabilities.
- Help establish best practices and governance around the responsible use of AI within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Requirements
- Experience working within an Alternative Asset Manager, Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Fund, or broader Investment Management business.
- Strong understanding of business processes across one or more of Front Office, Operations, Compliance, Finance, or Investor Services.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Ability to identify business problems and translate them into practical AI or technology solutions.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
