Overview

As part of Microsoft Frontier Company, the Adoption, Change and Services Management (ACSM) Solution Architect Manager leads a high-performing team of Solution Architects and Consultants responsible for shaping and accelerating AI-driven business transformation for strategic customers across EMEA.

This is a customer-facing leadership role that combines AI transformation, AI adoption, organisational change, operational readiness, and business value realisation. The successful candidate will help enterprise customers move from AI experimentation to scaled adoption by building the governance, operating models, capabilities, and organisational readiness required to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Solution Architects and Consultants delivering AI transformation, adoption, and organisational change programmes for strategic customers across EMEA.
  • Partner with Microsoft sales and account teams to identify, shape, and win strategic AI transformation opportunities that drive customer value and business growth.
  • Guide customers through the delivery of AI adoption, change management, governance, operating model design, workforce readiness, and AI operationalisation to help them become AI-enabled organisations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, influencing transformation strategy and driving executive alignment across complex enterprise organisations.
  • Lead delivery excellence across pre-sales and implementation, ensuring strong customer outcomes, effective risk management, customer satisfaction, and utilisation performance.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that accelerate AI adoption and business transformation at scale.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing multi-country team while creating a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve delivery quality, team effectiveness, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformation programmes for external customers, including AI adoption, AI enablement, AI operations, governance, organisational change, and business value realisation.
  • Experience leading large-scale cloud and digital transformation initiatives, including application modernisation, data platform strategy, and enterprise-wide business transformation programmes.
  • Strong consulting, solutioning, and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and shape complex transformation strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams of consultants, architects, and technology professionals across multiple countries or regions.
  • Commercial leadership experience including business development, pipeline management, forecasting, services sales, delivery accountability, and customer growth.
  • Deep expertise in AI adoption, organisational and behavioural change, operational readiness, and helping customers successfully embed AI into the way their organisations operate.

  • The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 96,400.00 - £ 195,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
