SATIGO
SATIGO is a digital capability partner helping organisations, particularly across the UK public sector and regulated industries, improve operational efficiency, embrace emerging technology, and build the workforce capabilities needed for the future.
We are developing a distinctive AI and workforce transformation methodology that helps organisations understand where AI and automation can be adopted, the potential business benefits, the impact on existing roles and skills, and how to transition towards a more efficient, AI-enabled operating model.
Our approach brings together AI, business process transformation, workforce planning, and organisational development, ensuring technology adoption is supported by a clear business case and a practical strategy for people.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help shape, develop, and deliver our AI and workforce transformation proposition.
This is not a traditional AI engineering role.
We need someone who understands how organisations operate, can identify where AI can deliver measurable improvements, and can translate those opportunities into a structured transformation strategy.
Working alongside our senior HR, organisational development, and data analytics specialists, you will help organisations assess their current processes, technology, and workforce capabilities, establish where AI can be effectively introduced, and understand the implications for their future operating model.
You will play a key role in developing and applying SATIGO's proprietary transformation methodology, supporting both client advisory engagements and subsequent implementation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
AI Opportunity & Organisational Assessment
- Assess business functions, workflows, and existing technology to identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
- Evaluate the suitability, feasibility, and potential value of AI across different departments and business processes.
- Develop structured AI readiness and organisational maturity assessments.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
