Job Title

Our client is a leading investment firm partnering with ambitious companies and management teams across technology-driven and high-growth markets. The organization combines investment expertise with a strong understanding of technology, innovation, and the strategic levers that enable businesses to grow, transform, and create long-term value.

Its activities involve close collaboration with investment professionals, portfolio companies, senior management teams, and the broader technology ecosystem. As artificial intelligence increasingly reshapes business models, operations, and competitive dynamics, the firm is looking to develop a differentiated AI capability across both its investment activities and portfolio, helping identify high-impact opportunities and accelerate the practical adoption of AI across its companies.

Mission

The AI Transformation Lead will be responsible for defining and driving the firm's AI transformation agenda across internal operations and portfolio companies. The role will identify high-impact opportunities, translate business challenges into actionable AI initiatives, and work directly with leadership teams to move from experimentation to implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

AI Strategy and Opportunity Identification

  • Define and continuously evolve the AI transformation roadmap across the investment firm and its portfolio companies.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across commercial, operational, financial, and corporate functions based on potential business impact and implementation feasibility.
  • Translate developments in AI, automation, and agentic systems into practical use cases relevant to different companies, functions, and operating environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
