Peaple Talent are partnering with a nationally recognised organisation to recruit an AI Transformation Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the adoption of AI, automation and digital workplace technologies that genuinely improve the way people work.
Location: Swindon or London (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
The role:
This isn't a hands-on AI engineering position. It's about identifying where AI can create real business value, bringing stakeholders on the journey and delivering practical solutions that improve productivity and streamline processes.
Working across Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate and wider Generative AI technologies, you'll become the driving force behind AI adoption across the organisation.

You'll be:
- Leading AI and automation initiatives across the business.
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for smarter ways of working.
- Delivering AI solutions, governance and user adoption.
- Measuring the impact and value of AI investment.
One of the biggest attractions of this role is the opportunity to shape the AI roadmap rather than simply inherit one. You'll influence strategy, champion responsible AI adoption and help build a culture where AI becomes part of everyday working.
About you:
- You'll have experience delivering AI, automation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for making technology accessible.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI technologies would be highly beneficial.
