Role Overview
Are you a commercially minded change leader that can drive AI transformation across a group of businesses within Modaxo? This is not a technical delivery role. It’s about making AI happen at scale - accelerating adoption, embedding capability, and ensuring AI delivers real, measurable business value.
About the Role
As a AI Transformation Manager, you’ll act as the bridge between AI strategy and business execution, working across 4-7 businesses within your group.
You’ll partner with Group Leaders, Business Unit (BU) leadership teams, and the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to turn opportunity into impact - faster.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Opportunity Development
- Build and maintain a group-level AI transformation roadmap aligned to commercial priorities
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases (balancing value, feasibility, and strategic fit)
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, revenue- and efficiency-driving opportunities
- Facilitate regular AI opportunity reviews, challenging ambition and driving alignment
Adoption & Implementation Acceleration
- Act as the go-to partner for BUs moving from decision to live deployment
- Diagnose and remove barriers to adoption (capability, process, data, or mindset)
- Lead AI pilots, ensuring they generate scalable outcomes and actionable insights
- Replicate success across businesses - scaling what works
- Hold stakeholders accountable for delivery against adoption milestones
Capability Building & AI Champions Network
- Partner closely with AI Champions across the group to enable local adoption
- Support awareness, engagement, and onboarding activities without owning them end-to-end
- Identify capability gaps and coordinate learning interventions with the Centre of Excellence
- Track AI maturity, literacy, and readiness across the group

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with BU leaders as a credible, commercially aware advisor
- Lead the human side of AI transformation - addressing resistance, building momentum, and ensuring engagement
- Represent the group in enterprise AI forums and Centre of Excellence initiatives
- Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, and priorities
Performance & Impact Measurement
- Own the group’s AI adoption scorecard (use cases, adoption rates, value delivered, maturity)
- Provide structured reporting and insights to Group Leadership and Centre of Excellence
- Continuously identify patterns, blockers, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who can drive change through influence, not authority, and thrives in complex, multi-business environments.
Essential Experience
- Proven track record of delivering transformation or change programmes (digital, operational, or commercial)
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, teams, or business units
- Background in consulting, transformation, programme leadership, or senior commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution through others
- Exposure to AI tools or AI adoption in a business context
