AI Transformation Project Manager
Join our dynamic team to shape and accelerate firmwide technology transformation, delivering measurable business outcomes and improved employee experiences.
As a Senior Associate within Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution, you will support delivery for a strategic Operating Committee-sponsored program spanning HR and Technology. You will help translate executive intent into clear outcomes, a practical roadmap, and disciplined execution across multiple workstreams. You will partner with stakeholders across engineering, architecture, product, HR, and control functions to drive delivery transparency, manage dependencies, and enable sustained adoption.
This role requires strong strategic problem framing, structured execution, and transformation leadership through influence—including communicating trade-offs, improving operating cadence, and supporting change management and benefits realization.
Job Responsibilities
- Support program strategy-to-execution for a multi-year transformation: help translate Operating Committee priorities into clear problem statements, target outcomes, roadmap milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive governance and operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, executive steering materials, RAID, dependency tracking, financial/forecast inputs, and delivery transparency) to enable predictable execution and timely decisions.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including requirements tracking, sequencing, resourcing inputs, milestones, and cutover/rollout planning to enable on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing platforms.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and HR stakeholders to clarify scope, value case, and measures of success; identify opportunities to improve processes, digitize workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
- Enable change and adoption planning by supporting stakeholder mapping, communications, training approaches, readiness tracking, and benefits realization—helping ensure solutions are embedded into business-as-usual.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, surfacing concerns early, driving mitigation actions, and supporting appropriate escalation and decision-making.
- Produce executive-ready reporting and insights, using concise narratives and data visualization to communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, decisions required, and recommendations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through workshops, communications, and decision forums that maintain momentum and clarity across HR and Technology.
- Strengthen delivery discipline and continuous improvement by applying modern delivery practices and helping teams inspect/adapt operating rhythms, metrics, and ways of working.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, translating best practices into pragmatic transformation approaches suited to the firm’s environment.
- Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities: identify opportunities to embed AI-assisted workflows into program execution (e.g., delivery automation, portfolio insights, risk identification, and stakeholder communications) in partnership with engineering, product, and control stakeholders.
- Support experimentation and learning loops by helping run lightweight pilots, define success measures, capture lessons learned, and scale what works with appropriate governance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
