This role is for individuals with proven consultancy delivery experience who are passionate about helping organisations realise measurable business value from AI. As part of Dufrain's AI Value Realisation team, the successful candidate will work with clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, prioritise investment, and deliver the transformation needed to turn AI ambition into business outcomes.

Our AI Transformation & Value Realisation Manager lead initiatives spanning AI strategy, use case identification and prioritisation, transformation roadmaps, adoption, workforce enablement, governance and benefits realisation. The focus is ensuring AI investments deliver tangible, sustainable value and become embedded into day-to-day business operations.

The role will also help shape Dufrain's AI Value Realisation service, developing frameworks, methods and reusable assets that enable clients to accelerate AI adoption and maximise return on investment.

The role requires a blend of strategic consulting, value realisation expertise, organisational change leadership, programme delivery experience, commercial awareness, and credibility in applying AI and GenAI to solve business challenges.

  • Lead AI, GenAI and technology-enabled transformation programmes from strategy through to adoption, embedding and value realisation
  • Facilitate the identification, assessment and prioritisation of AI use cases, balancing business value, feasibility, risk and organisational readiness
  • Develop AI transformation roadmaps that translate strategic objectives into a prioritised portfolio of AI initiatives, capabilities and measurable outcomes
  • Design and implement the operating models, governance, processes and ways of working required to support responsible and effective AI adoption
  • Manage programme delivery across scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring delivery remains focused on business outcomes and value
  • Lead enterprise-wide change and workforce enablement activities, driving stakeholder engagement, adoption and sustained behavioural change
  • Provide credible leadership to senior business and technology stakeholders, communicating complex concepts clearly and influencing strategic decisions
  • Manage responsible AI, governance, ethics and compliance considerations, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated appropriately
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness by shaping opportunities, contributing to proposals and aligning delivery outcomes to client and Dufrain growth objectives
  • Build Dufrain's AI Value Realisation service through the development of frameworks, methods, propositions, reusable assets and thought leadership
  • Lead, develop and coach high-performing teams, maintaining momentum and delivery quality within complex client environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
