Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience with AI technology, and GCP AI products or similar industry products.
- Experience managing and influencing business executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
- Understanding of cloud sales and services, and a passion for AI.
- Ability to work with customers to deliver true business value and financial business cases for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and platforms in their language.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fluid, constantly-evolving team environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
About The Job
As a Senior AI Value Creation Principal, you will be responsible for developing and driving the value promoting methodology for Google’s AI and Workspace products. You will collaborate with and influence global sales and product teams by using these strategies to accelerate Google Solution adoption. This role combines foundational AI understanding, enterprise business experience, and the ability to translate products into near and long term business impact for the customer.
Success in this role means increased Google Cloud books and business across strategic product areas, and accelerated strategic partnerships. In this role, you will influence executive internal and external stakeholders, and articulate Google Cloud’s differentiators with credibility. As the technology landscape continues to evolve, you will need to artfully navigate change and ambiguity, test new ideas, and pivot when necessary.

Ireland: €144000 - €147000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Learn more about benefits at Google.
- Develop and iterate on a value selling methodology across Google’s AI products. Work cross-functionally to drive broad-based adoption of value selling assets, insights, and resources.
- Collaborate with global sales, product, and customer stakeholders to craft compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible and measurable impact of our technology.
- Lead customer centric value pitches development, business cases and TCO analysis, and scalable value templates.
- Leveraging Google, customer, and third-party data, frameworks, models, and tools to justify and accelerate customers’ investment decisions
- Brief Cloud sales and engineering leadership on customer patterns and emerging trends in AI, based on customer value engagements.
