ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytically driven Analytical Vibe Coder to accelerate marketing transformation through AI-enabled development, rapid prototyping and data-driven solutions.

This is not a traditional analytics or insights role. The successful candidate will use AI-assisted and conversational development tools to rapidly build, test, iterate and deploy code-driven solutions.

You will create new ways to analyse data, optimise performance, automate processes and deliver measurable value to users and the business.

Operating at the intersection of marketing, data science and AI engineering, you will support Google EMEA Marketing across key product areas, including Gemini and cross-product AI initiatives, Google Search, Chrome, Android, Pixel, Google Play, Reputation and Ads, as well as internal organisational health initiatives.

SCOPE AND DELIVERABLES

  • Use AI-assisted development tools to rapidly generate, test, iterate and deploy code-based solutions.
  • Build applications through conversational development, including dashboards, internal tools, prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Translate business challenges into functional technical solutions with minimal reliance on traditional manual coding processes.

Rapid Prototyping and Experimentation

  • Develop minimum viable products, prototypes and demonstrations to validate ideas quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Enable rapid idea validation through lightweight, scalable technical builds.
  • Continuously refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback, user needs and data insights.

Data and Analytics Solutions

  • Design and build data pipelines, dashboards and analytical tools using platforms such as BigQuery, Apps Script and Looker Studio.
  • Aggregate, clean and transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Use data storytelling to support strategic decision-making and influence stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
