Algomarketing operates a Centre of Excellence based in Lisbon, Portugal, supporting a leading global technology client. The Centre of Excellence drives best practice, innovation, and scalable expertise across complex marketing programs.
Algomarketing is seeking a highly skilled and analytically driven Analytical Vibe-Coder to accelerate marketing transformation through AI-enabled development, rapid prototyping, and data-driven solutions.
This is not a traditional insights role. The successful candidate will leverage AI and conversational development tools to build, iterate, and deploy code-driven solutions at speed, unlocking new ways to analyse data, optimise performance, automate solutions, and deliver user and business value.
You will operate at the intersection of marketing, data science, and AI engineering, supporting EMEA marketing initiatives across multiple strategic product areas, cross-product AI programs, performance marketing, reputation, digital experiences, and internal organisational health.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools to rapidly generate, iterate, and deploy code-based solutions
- Build “vibe-coded” applications through conversational development, including dashboards, tools, and prototypes
- Translate business problems into working technical solutions with minimal traditional coding overhead
- Develop MVPs, prototypes, and demos to validate ideas quickly and cost-effectively
- Enable rapid idea validation through lightweight, scalable builds
- Continuously iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data insights
- Design and build data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL-based data warehouses, scripting tools, and BI/dashboard platforms
- Aggregate and transform complex datasets into actionable insights
- Use data storytelling to drive strategic decision-making
- Deploy AI-enabled processes to augment human decision-making in marketing
- Build and operationalise agentic workflows that automate analysis and insight generation
- Integrate machine learning and AI capabilities into marketing operations
- Support strategic planning for EMEA Marketing across multiple product areas
- Contribute to transformational programs leveraging data science and machine learning
- Improve ecosystem performance through scalable, data-driven solutions
- Build internal tools that simplify workflows and reduce operational friction
- Contribute to organisational health through improved processes, agility, and reduced bureaucracy
- Champion a culture of experimentation, speed, and innovation within the Centre of Excellence

Requirements
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving background within marketing
- Proven experience building data-driven tools, dashboards, or applications
- Experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted development workflows, including generative coding tools
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions
Proficiency with:
- SQL-based data querying and transformation
- Scripting and automation tools for building lightweight solutions
- BI or dashboarding platforms
- Notebook-based development environments or similar tools
- Programmatic data access and APIs
Additional requirements:
- Able to code and read SQL, while leveraging AI tools to speed up development
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and workflows
- Developer background desirable but not mandatory
- Experience leveraging AI in end-to-end workflows, including analysis, automation, and insight generation
- Understanding of agentic workflows and automation frameworks
- Ability to build and deploy lightweight AI-enabled applications
- Strong ability to use data to tell compelling stories
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across marketing and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impact in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
