Eleniak is a venture studio based in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham.
We are building E-commerce and Software companies with a core growth marketing team supporting throughout. We participate in partnerships with existing operators alongside having our own in-house ventures.
Through this journey we have built out proprietary tech and AI system that enables us to output more than teams 10x our size. You would be working directly with operators who have scaled real brands and generated over £200M+ in revenue through paid social and paid search.
What you'd do
- You'll be producing creative at a pace that simply wasn't possible a couple of years ago.
- AI is at the centre of how we work, and we want you pushing the boundaries of what's possible with it.
- Create AI-generated video, images and audio using the latest tools and models.
- Manage our official partnership with Seedance.
- Produce high-performing paid social creative, primarily for Meta.
- Turn winning ads into multiple variations using AI and reusable templates.
- Work across multiple brands, products and industries.
- Experiment with new AI tools and develop workflows that improve creative quality and production speed.
- Help set and maintain the creative quality standard across our wider team of video editors.
- Train new and existing editors on the tools, techniques and workflows that help them produce better work, faster.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is already obsessed with AI and creative production.
- Someone who doesn't wait to be shown how to do something, but goes away and figures it out.
- You've built something with AI, whether that's a video pipeline, automation, local setup or something completely different.
- You have a portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted creative that you're proud of.
- You understand what makes someone stop scrolling, watch and buy.
- You can produce creative at pace.
- You're naturally curious, resourceful and constantly experimenting with new tools.
- You'd rather become world-class at your craft than spend your days managing people.
- You're based in or near Birmingham and happy working from our Jewellery Quarter office.

- You'll be working alongside experienced operators, with access to the tools, technology and opportunities that come with being part of a venture studio.
- £35,000–£42,000 depending on experience.
