Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site AI Video Editing role based in the West Midlands. The AI Video Editor will use AI-powered tools to edit and assemble video content for children’s educational programs, ensuring smooth pacing, clear storytelling, and high visual quality. Daily tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with producers, educators, and designers to adapt scripts and storyboards into polished, age-appropriate video lessons. The AI Video Editor will also help optimize content formats for various digital platforms and maintain consistent quality standards across all productions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including use of AI-assisted editing tools.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent and engaging visual styles.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics suitable for children’s educational content.
- Familiarity with common video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and basic audio editing.
- Understanding of digital media formats, aspect ratios, and delivery requirements for online platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in West Midlands.
- Experience creating content for children or educational settings is beneficial.
- Relevant qualification or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is an advantage.
