Job Description: AI Video Content Creator
Role Overview
We are seeking an AI Video Content Creator who is deeply experienced in generative video workflows and can independently create high-quality content from concept through final delivery. This role combines creativity, storytelling, AI technology, video production, and post-production expertise to develop compelling AI-first content across long-form cinematic and short-form social formats.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire production process, including ideation, prompting, content generation, editing, compositing, motion graphics, and final delivery. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, experimenting with emerging AI tools, and continuously improving production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop scripts based on production requirements and existing AI characters/IPs.
- Create long-form cinematic content and/or short-form vertical videos with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, atmosphere, and visual consistency.
- Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through editing and post-production.
- Utilize AI video generation platforms and models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, Runway, Luma, and similar tools.
- Maintain character appearance, style consistency, and scene continuity across AI-generated narratives and sequences.
- Perform video editing, compositing, motion graphics integration, color correction, and final output optimization.
- Explore and implement new AI tools, models, and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with creative stakeholders while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution.
- Continuously refine production processes to enhance scalability, speed, and content quality.

Required Skills & Experience
Junior Level
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in video editing, digital art, content creation, or related fields.
- Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video content.
Mid/Senior Level
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, digital art, or related creative disciplines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven video projects.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, Runway, Luma, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI image and video generation workflows, prompting techniques, consistency management, batching, and post-processing.
- Proficiency with traditional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency throughout AI-generated content.
- Experience delivering professional-quality content from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-native storytelling, filmmaking, or short-form social media content creation.
- Background in VFX, 3D design, technical art, motion design, or color grading.
- Experience with ComfyUI workflows.
- Familiarity with Stable Diffusion, AUTOMATIC1111, LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning, inpainting, upscaling, and related AI content creation tools.
- Experience training or customizing AI models.
- Previous experience working within adult, dating, or related creative content industries.
