AI Video Editor
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Video Editor based in United Kingdom.
This is a performance-driven creative role focused on producing high-volume, conversion-oriented video content for paid social campaigns.
Video editing is the primary focus, with static ad creation providing additional creative versatility and speed.
You’ll work across UGC-style videos, testimonials, product demos, founder-led content, and direct-response ads.
The role emphasizes rapid testing, strong hooks, compelling CTAs, and creative variations designed to improve performance.
You’ll use modern editing and AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, production, and iteration.
Working closely with strategists and growth teams, you’ll turn raw assets and concepts into effective creative at scale.
The ideal candidate is fast, resourceful, coachable, and motivated by measurable results rather than aesthetics alone.
Accountabilities:
- Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms, including UGC, testimonials, product demonstrations, and founder-led content.
- Develop multiple creative variations by testing different hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
- Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with a strong focus on engagement and conversion.
- Use editing platforms such as CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, and Descript to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
- Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns using templates, creative systems, competitor inspiration, and swipe files.
- Produce multiple static variations for testing, including different headlines, layouts, messaging, and offers.
- Work closely with strategists and growth teams to execute creative concepts and respond quickly to performance feedback.
- Source, organize, and manage creative assets such as UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll, and other campaign materials.
- Maintain a high-volume creative workflow while prioritizing effectiveness, consistency, and timely delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
