AI Video Producer

Location: Europe/LATAM, Remote
Employment type: Full-time freelancer initially, potential transition to full-time B2B
Remuneration: Competitive salary


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery
  • Create AI-generated video content using current generative AI video tools
  • Develop and refine prompts to achieve consistent visual styles, characters and sequences
  • Edit and assemble generated content using Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools
  • Composite and polish video sequences to final delivery quality
  • Test, refine and improve AI workflows through continuous experimentation
  • Work independently on creative execution and technical production decisions
  • Maintain character and style consistency across sequences
  • Share workflow learnings and improvements with the wider R&D team
  • Work with feedback and iterate on creative output

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in video production, VFX or digital art
  • Mid-level professional profile
  • 100% comfort with explicit NSFW content
  • Full comfort with hardcore NSFW content for MPC / Companion Mode work
  • Active professional experience with current AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika, Happy Horse or equivalent
  • Strong AI fluency and hands-on experience with generative AI tools
  • Strong prompt engineering skills
  • Portfolio must include AI-driven video work
  • Professional experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent
  • Ability to deliver finished sequences independently
  • Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across sequences
  • Strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset
  • Fluent English
  • Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback
