This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Visual Creator (Static Ads) based in United Kingdom.

This is a creative, AI-first role at the very beginning of the performance advertising pipeline. You’ll transform strategic ad angles, hooks, and messaging into original visual concepts designed to capture attention and drive action. Working across DTC brands in health, apparel, pet, and fitness, you’ll create unconventional, humor-driven, and visually distinctive imagery. You’ll use cutting-edge AI image generation tools to produce high volumes of commercial-grade visuals while rapidly experimenting and iterating. Your work will directly influence the creative direction of campaigns, with selected imagery passed to designers for final ad production. You’ll work remotely with a fast-moving, collaborative team and have significant freedom to push visual creativity.

Accountabilities

  • Translate creative briefs, ad angles, hooks, and messaging into compelling visual concepts that communicate the intended idea and capture attention.
  • Generate original, commercial-grade imagery using AI image generation platforms such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Flux, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or comparable tools.
  • Produce approximately 4 briefs per day, generating 12–18 visual variations per brief while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
  • Explore unconventional creative directions, including humor, surrealism, unexpected compositions, and visually disruptive concepts designed to stop the scroll.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists, incorporating feedback quickly and refining prompts and visual concepts through multiple iterations.
  • Prepare and hand off selected imagery to the design team for incorporation into finished static advertisements.
  • Adapt visual concepts to different brands, audiences, industries, and campaign objectives while maintaining a strong understanding of brand identity.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI image-generation models, tools, workflows, and techniques, testing new capabilities and integrating valuable improvements into the creative process.
  • Maintain an organized production workflow by documenting effective prompts, managing generated assets, and building reusable reference libraries.
  • Contribute original creative ideas beyond the initial brief and help elevate the visual direction of campaigns over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
