About The Role

NLP PEOPLE is seeking a motivated AI Machine Learning Engineer to join its dynamic team in Central London. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, or related fields, with a keen interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior experience in AI or ML is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential skills include proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills, are crucial for collaborating with diverse teams and translating complex concepts into actionable solutions. A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing machine learning models tailored to NLP PEOPLE’s projects
  • Data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering to optimize model performance
  • Deploying models into production environments, monitoring their effectiveness, and iterating to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP and applying this knowledge to enhance existing systems and develop new capabilities
  • Documenting processes and maintaining code quality standards
