Successful candidates have experience developing, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled solutions using cloud technologies, enterprise data platforms, and modern software engineering practices. Experience with platforms such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Palantir Foundry, AWS AI Services, Python, OpenAI, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that support mission-critical business objectives.
  • Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for operational use.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
  • Prepare, transform, and engineer data to support machine learning and predictive analytics.
  • Deploy, monitor, and improve machine learning models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
  • Support natural language processing (NLP), document intelligence, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and generative AI initiatives where appropriate.
  • Develop APIs and automation that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions for client challenges.
  • Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Document technical solutions and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
