Their teams leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to better understand audiences, improve content performance, and support commercial growth. As part of their expanding AI function, you will help deliver solutions that create measurable impact across the organisation.
The Role and Deliverables
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Build AI solutions that support audience segmentation, content recommendation, and engagement optimisation.
- Develop scalable data and machine learning pipelines to support high-volume media datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, testing, and deployment automation.
- Evaluate and apply emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and large language models, where they can provide business value.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and machine learning lifecycle management.
- Experience working with large-scale customer, audience, content, advertising, or behavioural datasets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Previous experience within the media, publishing, broadcasting, streaming, or digital content sectors is essential.
