Senior Software Engineer – Python | AI & Machine Learning
I'm currently partnered with an exciting, high-growth technology business looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python expertise and an interest in AI and Machine Learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative engineering team, working on complex technical challenges and building intelligent, data-driven applications.
What they're looking for:
- Strong commercial experience with Python as your primary programming language.
- Experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven applications.
- Experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, GeoPandas, or Xarray would be beneficial.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to production.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Comfortable using AI development tools to accelerate engineering delivery.

You'll be working across software engineering, data, and AI, developing scalable applications, building data processing pipelines, and turning complex technical ideas into production-ready solutions.
