Hiring AI/ML engineer
Role Summary
The AI/ML Senior / Mid-Level Engineer will support the technical lead in designing and building the Agentic Backbone architecture. The role will contribute to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and Policy configuration, reusable agent template development, discovery sessions, and customer enablement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical lead in designing the Agentic Backbone architecture and reusable agent delivery model.
- Contribute to Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway configuration, policy setup, access controls, and integration patterns.
- Assist in discovery sessions across customer use cases to identify agent design patterns, data dependencies, workflow requirements, and governance needs.
- Help develop the reusable Agent Template pattern for future AI/ML and agentic automation use cases.
- Support the design and refinement of orchestration, policy, runtime, and gateway components.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and enablement sessions to support customer adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the solution is scalable, governed, reusable, and aligned to enterprise AI adoption objectives.

Required Skills

- Experience in AI/ML solution development, cloud architecture, or LLM-based application engineering.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, policy configuration, and reusable template design.
- Working knowledge of AWS services, with exposure to Amazon Bedrock preferred.
- Ability to translate customer use cases into technical patterns and implementation components.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience supporting workshops, discovery sessions, and enablement activities.
