About Us
Process Instruments (UK) Ltd. (Pi) is an established group of companies with a t/o projected to be more than £6m in 2026, which provides high-quality water quality analysers to all water-related industries, including drinking water, wastewater, and industrial water across the globe. Pi has been growing at an exciting rate for ten years (excluding COVID years).
Our solutions include our market-leading analysers that combine traditional instrument capability with class-leading controls and Water 4.0 cloud-based, remote-access solutions.
We are now looking for an AIO/SEO Lead to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week, 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As our AIO/SEO Lead, you will take ownership of our SEO and AIO strategy and roadmap, ensuring best-in-class search performance for our product range.
Specifically, you will focus on generating leads across our six websites, driving high-quality traffic and improving search rankings across key terms.
You’ll also work on all aspects of AIO/SEO, including technical, content, offsite, and promotional elements, while ensuring our websites are kept in perfect condition, managing our hosting, and keeping our WordPress, Elementor and other plugins up to date. You won't be required to write the technical product content.
As part of the marketing team, you will attend departmental meetings, so this is an office-based role that allows us to capture and benefit from human interaction and teamwork.
About You
To be considered as our AIO/SEO Lead, you will need:

- SEO experience, ideally gained within a similar business environment
- Experience managing and improving SEO performance in a B2B business
- Strong knowledge of Google’s algorithms, developments, and best practices
- A solid understanding of Google Analytics to drive insights and performance analysis
- Experience working with WordPress, including updating plugins
- Interest in AI and how it affects SEO and online lead generation
