Air Conditioning Engineer (HVAC)
Competitive Salary + Overtime - Door-to-Door - Company Van - Private Healthcare
Location: South East
Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Overtime: Available

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a company where you can develop your skills, work on varied equipment and be part of a team that genuinely values its engineers? This is a great opportunity to join a growing, quality-focused business with an established customer base across Sussex, Kent and Surrey.
You’ll primarily be working on commercial air conditioning, but if you’re interested in broadening your skill set, there’s also the opportunity to gain experience across commercial and transport refrigeration.
The Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial air conditioning systems
- Fault finding and breakdowns
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Working across a wide variety of equipment and customer sites
- Supporting with commercial refrigeration where required
- Opportunities to gain experience within transport refrigeration
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Representing the business professionally on site

Around 70% of the work is across Sussex, with regular customers also based throughout Kent and Surrey.
There’s no London work, and the business focuses on providing a well-planned workload rather than constantly overloading engineers with jobs.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced AC Engineer who:
- Has solid commercial air conditioning experience
- Holds a valid F-Gas qualification
- Has strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Holds a full UK driving license
- Is reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Can work independently while also being part of a supportive team
- Refrigeration experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- What's most important is that you're someone who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career with a growing business.
