Essex & London (Mobile Role) Up to £48,000 + Overtime
On-Call Rota: 1 in 5
Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing mobile engineering team covering sites across Essex and London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a supportive and expanding business where high performance is recognised and rewarded. You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide customers with timely updates and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Offer technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues where required.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards and Atlas procedures.
- Produce material and labour estimates for minor works and repair quotations.
- Work closely with schedulers, account coordinators, management teams, and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications And Training Required
- NVQ level 2 in given trade
- Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
- City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat1)
Essential Knowledge, Skills And Experience For This Role
- Good understanding of modern office software.
- Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
- 3 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
- 2 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
- Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
