Job Advert
We are looking for an experienced AC & Refrigeration Engineer to join Leeton's growing team in Peterborough, part of the 24-7 Group, working alongside the Project Manager and wider engineering team. This is a predominantly site-based role covering a mix of maintenance, installation, and project work.

The role has an industrial HVAC/AC focus, covering VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, and cold rooms. You will carry out installation, maintenance, and fault-finding to a high standard, complete accurate commissioning paperwork, and build strong working relationships with clients on site.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and fault-finding across a mix of maintenance, installation, and project work
- Work on industrial HVAC/AC and refrigeration systems, including VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, and cold rooms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while working on customer sites
- Complete commissioning paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Work safely and to a high standard, following company procedures at all times
- Report any issues or additional works identified on site to the Project Manager
- Primarily site-based, with occasional office-based administrative tasks
- Support the Project Manager and wider engineering team in the delivery of maintenance, call out and projects.

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong industrial HVAC/AC/refrigeration background
- Level 2 AC minimum
- Recognised AC/refrigeration qualification (e.g. F-Gas, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
- Comfortable working independently and building client relationships on site
- Experience with commissioning paperwork
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
What's on Offer
- Salary £22.60 per hour or £47,008.00 per year, plus overtime
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and no on-call requirement
- Company van, plus phone, tablet.
