Role Description
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems across commercial sites managed by Tower B M. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing faults, performing corrective actions, and ensuring systems comply with safety and performance standards. The role involves working closely with the helpdesk and site teams to complete planned and reactive jobs within agreed SLAs, maintaining accurate records and documentation for all works carried out. The engineer will also support continuous improvement by providing feedback on system performance and recommending upgrades or preventative maintenance measures.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home for planning, reporting, and coordination activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for HVAC and related mechanical systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Services and Facility Management (FM) to work effectively within commercial property and multi-site environments.
- Candidates should possess strong HVAC skills, including installation, servicing, fault finding, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering, and valid F-Gas certification are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with CAFM systems, strong diagnostic abilities, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues are advantageous.
- Ability to work safely, follow health and safety procedures, manage time effectively across multiple sites, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
