Delta Air Conditioning is a well-established and trusted provider of air conditioning, heat pump, and ventilation solutions based in Reading, Berkshire in the heart of the Thames Valley, serving Reading, Newbury, Slough, Maidenhead, and surrounding areas. Delivering high-quality services across the commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. We're seeking someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has an experienced technical background, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards, while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current F-Gas regulations.

Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Service, maintenance, and fault finding on a range of air conditioning equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain digital and paper documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
- Work independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
- F-Gas
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary is dependent on experience. £35,000 - 45,000
