What they are hiring?
- Air-Con installation Engineer (F-GAS and CSCS card needed)
- Air-Con Service & Maintenance Engineer (F-GAS and CSCS card needed)
Pick your preference and do not worry - there won't be overlap! Let's have a conversation.
The package?
- £45,000 - 52,500 basic (DOE) + annual Christmas Bonus
- Company van and phone
- Very good Private Healthcare & Pension + Life Insurance + 28 days holiday (increases year on year) + bank holidays = 36 days holiday to start
- No working late evenings and no weekends (8:30-5pm) -- unless you ask for it (double pay).
- Just work around Farnborough and London (no national travel!)

25 years established (since 2001) this client have made their name in Domestic (75%) and Commercial (25%) Air-Conditioning but they also install Heat Pumps too.
They have got a regional dominance around Farnborough and Greater London; you won't be traveling all over the country. They have a great established reputation in their local region and that's what they care for. They are close knit and have maintained their family feel - early finishes, lunch of the MD, vouchers, Summer and Christmas party etc.
