This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an established facilities maintenance and building services contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance, installations and compliance services across commercial properties.

Established for over 30 years, the business provides facilities maintenance, mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning services to more than 600 commercial buildings across the UK. They have built an excellent reputation through delivering reliable service, technical expertise and long-term customer relationships.

About The Role
As an Air Conditioning Lead, you'll divide your time between carrying out technical work and supporting the wider engineering team. You'll act as a key point of contact for engineers, customers and management while ensuring maintenance and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and supporting a team of Air Conditioning Engineers
- Delivering high-quality planned maintenance and reactive repairs
- Diagnosing faults across a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues
- Supporting the planning and coordination of maintenance activities
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety requirements
- Completing service reports and site documentation accurately
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Assisting with installations and project work where required
