Role Description
The Air Conditioning Installer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a range of client sites. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Assessing job requirements
- Reading technical drawings

The role also involves:
- Diagnosing faults
- Performing routine servicing
- Completing documentation
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues
This is a full-time hybrid role, based primarily in Huntingdon with travel to local client locations.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in air conditioning and refrigeration installation, including basic electrical and mechanical competencies.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, safe working practices, and relevant industry regulations.
- Effective problem-solving skills for fault finding, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics.
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and complete tasks to agreed deadlines.
- Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related trade are highly beneficial.
- Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel to client locations in and around Huntingdon.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and remote communication in a hybrid work environment.
