AC Technician
Location: Bedfordshire, MK44 1LQ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:45

We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to carry out AC maintenance, inspection visits such as changing filters and cleaning coils on a variety of equipment including Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Airedale based within meeting rooms and open-plan offices. You will be dealing with reactive breakdowns, repairs, and obtaining costs from suppliers. You will also be dealing with ventilation systems including packed air handling units and heat recovery systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform AC maintenance and inspection visits
- Change filters and clean coils on various AC equipment
- Deal with reactive breakdowns and repairs
- Obtain costs from suppliers
- Manage ventilation systems, including packed air handling units and heat recovery systems
- Install systems occasionally, supported by the engineering team
- Experience with small split AC system installation is highly desirable
- Occasional weekend working is required, so flexibility is a must
Qualifications & Experience:
- Formal Air Conditioning and/or refrigeration qualifications and/or heat pump systems
- F Gas qualification
- Able to deal with change
- Health and Safety focused with relevant knowledge relating to AC repair and installations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven
- Basic PC skills and able to use an iPad
- Valid UK Driving Licence
