Overview
We’re looking for an experienced air conditioning/refrigeration engineer to deliver hands-on training in F-Gas and split AC installation and to assess learners against required standards across multiple awarding bodies.
Teaching experience is welcome but not essential — we’ll support the right engineer into training/assessing (including AET/TAQA/CAVA if needed).
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training in F-Gas and split installation best practice
- Demonstrate pressure testing, evacuation, charging and commissioning
- Coach learners 1:1 and maintain high standards
- Assess learner competence consistently and maintain required evidence
- Uphold workshop safety and compliance processes

Requirements
- Proven AC/refrigeration experience with installation exposure
- Current F-Gas competence
- Strong communication and a learner-support mindset
- High standards around safety and compliance
Desirable
- TAQA/CAVA and/or AET
- VRF/VRV knowledge
- Mentoring/training experience
