As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world. At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Air Logistics team. You will support the coordination of air freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This position operates on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (20:00 - 08:00h)
How you create impact
- Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipment documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
- Coordinate bookings, collections, and deliveries efficiently
- Support smooth day-to-day operational activities
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and results-driven team environment
