We are looking for an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team and act as a trusted partner for our customers throughout their logistics journey. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, coordinate with operational teams, and ensure smooth shipment execution while delivering outstanding service and solutions.
How you create impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Coordinate closely with Operational Care, Revenue Care, Gateway, Procurement, Pricing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Monitor air freight shipments and proactively provide customers with updates, solutions, and support throughout the transportation process.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage escalations effectively, and build long-term customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Utilize KN customer-facing digital tools and internal systems to manage shipment information, track performance, and support service excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

What we would like you to bring
- Degree, diploma, apprenticeship, or vocational training in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Initial experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, or a related logistics environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication, relationship-building, and escalation management skills.
- Knowledge of air freight shipment execution, import/export processes, and freight forwarding regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good analytical and organizational skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data handling.
