Join Kuehne+Nagel as an Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist, where you will play a vital role in coordinating time-sensitive healthcare shipments, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional operational excellence. As part of our HealthChain team, you will collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to provide reliable, compliant, and efficient transportation solutions.
How you create impact
- Coordinate and manage healthcare air freight shipments accurately, efficiently, and within customer-defined transit time requirements.
- Monitor shipments proactively, manage deviations, and ensure timely and accurate updates in operational and financial systems.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, gateways, warehouses, customs teams, and customer care teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, GxP, airfreight, and regulatory requirements while using approved suppliers and partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, optimizing costs, and maximizing system utilization and automation.
- Support customer onboarding and account implementation activities while managing operational exceptions, investigations, and corrective actions when required.

What we would like you to bring
- Previous experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry requirements and GxP standards is an advantage.
