Upgrade Your Career With Aira

Are you looking for a career, rather than a job? Are you looking for a place where you can take pride in your work, maintaining the latest heating technology for homeowners across the UK?

We're looking for experienced central heating service and repair engineers to join our team.

You will be carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance for Aira customers as part of our UK-wide network of Technicians.

With the Aira Air Source Heat Pumps, manufactured in Europe and an international network of Aira Academies, you will get world-class product and technical training.

If you're a central heating service and repair engineer, with a passion for problem solving then this might be the perfect role. Air Source Heat Pump experience is not necessary.

What you will be doing

  • Routine service and maintenance visits for Air Source Heat Pumps, Unvented hot water cylinders, and other system components.
  • Scheduled and reactive repairs for Air Source Heat Pumps and Unvented hot water cylinders.
  • Fault-finding, repair, and replacement of system components including Unvented hot water cylinders, radiators, pumps, manifolds, buffer vessels, zone valves, and programmers.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, and helping Aira customers get the most out of their Clean Energy heating system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
