Co-Listing Agent — Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time
CoHostiCo is expanding its international network and looking for Co-Listing Agents to help publish and manage properties on Airbnb. This is a flexible remote position for someone who already has an active, verified Airbnb account and understands the platform.
You do not need to own a property. There are no fees or costs to participate, and you will never be asked for your Airbnb password or login credentials.
What You'll Do
CoHostiCo and its property management partners provide the properties. You will publish and manage assigned properties through your own verified Airbnb account, including:
- Creating and managing listings
- Setting pricing and availability
- Responding to guest messages
- Maintaining listing information
- Helping optimize property performance

CoHostiCo and its property management partners handle the operational side, including:
- Reservations
- Payments
- Cancellations
- Refunds
- Check-ins
- Cleaning
Compensation
- Part-Time: £1,100/month — approximately 20 flexible hours/week
- Full-Time: £2,200/month — approximately 40 hours/week
- Plus: 2% of each confirmed booking on the properties you manage.
Payments are made by bank transfer in GBP on the 10th of each month.
What We're Looking For
The primary requirement is an active, verified Airbnb account. Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, travel, tourism, property management, real estate, customer service or sales can be helpful. CoHostiCo provides training, tools and ongoing support.

Because properties are published through your own Airbnb account, your account remains subject to Airbnb's rules, reviews and account decisions. If an account is reviewed or restricted in connection with a CoHostiCo property, CoHostiCo has advised that it will assist with the appeal process, provide supporting property documentation where available, and work with the property management company to help resolve the issue. CoHostiCo cannot guarantee the outcome of an Airbnb review, appeal, or account restriction.
