Aviation Recruitment experts Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Aircraft Cleaners to join various contracts in Bristol Airport.
What’s on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Shifts available: Night Shift (2200 - 0645)
- Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Weekly Pay: (every Friday)
- Full training provided
- Temp to Perm: (performance-based)
- Start Date: To be discussed at interview (Immediate Start)
Key Duties:
- Clean aircraft cabins efficiently and to a high standard to pass audits.
- Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces and clean passenger seating areas.
- Empty waste bins and replenish cabin supplies.
- Clean toilets, galleys and other aircraft facilities.
- Follow all aircraft cleaning, security and health & safety procedures.
- Work quickly and safely within tight turnaround times.
- Report any damage, defects or issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to ensure aircraft depart on time.
- Operating various vehicles (Full UK Driving Licence Required)

Roster examples:
- The airport is operational 365 days a year, 7 days a week so full flexibility is required.
- This could be subject to change!
4 on 4 off
- Day 1: 22:00 - 0645
- Day 2: 22:00 - 0645
- Day 3: 22:00 - 0645
- Day 4: 22:00 - 0645
Must be flexible to accommodate the shift pattern.
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Comfortable working in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
- Physically fit and able to remain active throughout a shift.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous cleaning, airport or aviation experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Full UK manual driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Please note: As this is an airport role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations. These checks include 5-year work and address history, DBS (must have no disqualifying criminal convictions), valid Right to Work.
