Job Title: Aircraft Composite Fitter

Location: Luton Airport

Start Date: 21st September 2026

Duration: May/June 2027

Hours: 45 hours p/week (07:00 - 16.30). Monday to Friday Half hour unpaid lunch.

Pay: £38.34 per hour umbrella/£29.27 PAYE

This role is deemed in-scope of IR35

Responsibilities

  • Working in a Hangar base maintenance environment on the commercial Boeing aircraft.
  • Performing pre-preg repairs, wet layup, and metal-to-metal hot bonding.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience on commercial aircraft.

  • Good sound understanding and experience as a Composite Fitter.

Preferred Skills

  • Current DBS required.
  • Human Factors, SFAR88, and EWIS.

Pay range and compensation package

£38.34 per hour umbrella/£29.27 PAYE
