About The Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerk Role
The Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of critical aircraft data. Working within a structured environment, successful candidates will:
- Create and link component assets with associated airworthiness data
- Accurately enter and update maintenance records into digital systems
- Review and verify maintenance documentation for completeness and compliance
- Generate and distribute maintenance reports to key stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians to ensure seamless data processing

What The Company Is Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Proven ability to manage tasks and projects effectively
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Google Office Suite, particularly Sheets
What's on Offer
Location: Brize Norton, on-site (100% required)
Contract Duration: Until 31st December 2026, with possibility of extension

Work Pattern Options
- Standard: 35 hours per week over 4.5 days (7am - 7pm, hours flexible by agreement)
- Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 4 days off rotating shifts (12 hours, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, averaging 40.5 hours weekly)
Pay
- £29.07 per hour (Umbrella)
- £21.74 per hour (PAYE)
Security: BPSS+ Clearance required to start; SC Clearance required to continue employment
