Technical Instructor Aviation Training
Location: Teesside - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £57,000 Permanent
Electus Recruitment Solutions is supporting a leading aviation training organisation in hiring a Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality technical and non-technical training across engineering, maintenance, and operational teams.
The Role
You'll design, develop, and deliver engaging training aligned with Part 147, Part 66, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include:
- Creating training materials
- Delivering aircraft type and human factors courses
- Conducting assessments
- Maintaining training records
- Supporting continuous improvement

Occasional UK/international travel is required.
About You
- Experience delivering technical, engineering, or aviation training
- Strong knowledge of UK CAA/EASA regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Able to obtain SC clearance
Desirable:
- Part 147/Part 66 experience
- B1/B2 licence
- Teaching/assessing qualification
- Engineering degree
- SMS/ISO knowledge
