About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Aircraft Interior Project Manager to lead and oversee cabin interior modification and refurbishment projects in Sheffield. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge of aircraft interiors, and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, engineering teams, and maintenance personnel, driving project success and client satisfaction in a demanding industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven project manager to make a significant impact within our client's growing interior services division based near Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of aircraft interior projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, MRO) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulators).
- Ensure projects adhere to strict aviation safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage client communications, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and components, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the aviation industry, specifically with cabin interiors.
- Strong understanding of aircraft interior systems, materials, and refurbishment processes.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
