Compensation
January 2026 Rate: $75,022.79-$92,889.33 as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU)
Once ACA certified, to receive a $1793.47 / Monthly ACA premium applied as applicable up to the annual amount of $20,000.00*

Position Summary:

We are building a talent pipeline for future AME opportunities in 2026 at our various base locations, including Sudbury, Toronto, Thunder Bay, London, Ottawa, Sioux Lookout, Timmins, and Kenora.

Prepare to be engaged in incredible opportunities to improve on processes, operational controls, strategy and coordinating activities with the Ornge Air team.
Hours of Work:
Rotating day shift patterns.
May be required to work various shifts and overtime, including days, weekends, statutory holidays, and on-call in a 24/7 environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:
- Must hold a current and valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license.
- Experience AW139 or PC12 considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail.
- Valid Canadian passport or ability to work in Canada and ability to travel to the U.S.A.
- Ability to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
