Job Description: Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor at LCY
We are currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors to be based at LCY (London City) where you'll lead a skilled group of Licensed Engineers maintaining a modern Embraer E190 fleet. As "on-the-day" leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
A current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable however type training will be provided to successful candidates.

Total package: £93,649 in your first year plus main airline benefits.

Requirements
- UKCAA Part-66 Category B1 or B1/B2 license with minimum 5 years certification experience.
- At least 1 current aircraft type authorisation.
- Current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable however type training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Valid full UK driving licence (or equivalent).
- Ability to hold an airport restricted zone access.
- Ability to hold an airside driving licence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance activity, ensuring the team meets both scheduled and reactive demands.
- Coordinate work requirements, defect rectification, support AOG recovery, and drive operational excellence through clear communication and hands-on leadership.
- Bring a solid understanding of current CAA Part 145 procedures, along with proven experience leading engineering teams in a dynamic line maintenance environment.
- Be adaptable, forward-thinking, and committed to building a culture where reliability, accountability, and development are at the heart of everything we do.
- Familiar with modern maintenance technologies and a passion for mentoring others will help you succeed in this role.

- Shift pattern: 5-5-4 shift pattern, guaranteed 2 weekends off per month (days and nights).
